Take a quart-size Ziplock freezer bag and then:
Crack two eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than two) shake to blend them.
Put the substances of yours such as: low fat cheeses, alpilean pills (Tribuneindia explains) tomato, green pepper, onion, ham, etc. in and mix up well.
Ensure that you get the air from the bag and zip it up.
Place the bag into rolling, water that is boiling for exactly 13 minutes. You can often cook 6-8 omelets in a big pot. For even more, make another pot of water that is boiling.
