Take a quart-size Ziplock freezer bag and then:

Crack two eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not over 2) shake to combine them.

Put your substances such as: low fat cheeses, lean belly juice reviews, Full Post, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, etc. in and mix up well.

Make sure you get the atmosphere out of the bag and zip it up.

Place the bag to rolling, water that is boiling for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For even more, make an additional pot of water that is boiling.
