has revealed she once considered having a boob job but now feels more ‘comfortable than ever,’ as she candidly discussed her sexuality on Tuesday. 

The world-renowned model, 28, said she wanted to go under the knife because her breasts are ‘uneven,’ but eventually decided against it after realising some beauty standards are ‘unobtainable’.

However she hasn’t ruled out the possibility of surgery in the future, in fact she ‘can’t wait,’ as she asserted more celebrities need to be honest about their own cosmetic procedures.

Appearing on Josh Smith’s Make It Reign podcast, the catwalk star said: ‘Like ever since I was a kid, I was like, “I wanna have a boob job, my boobs are uneven.” 

‘I’ve gotten close to thinking about it and luckily at that moment go, “well, if I was to do it, then I don’t think I could be honest about it.”

‘That would be a problem because I just think that young girls or young boys need to know that some things aren’t naturally obtainable, you know, which is fine.  

‘That’s the model of modern science and that’s okay, it’s great, but just what makes it more sad is that people just can’t really talk about it.’

‘I can’t wait to have something done,’ she added whilst admitting she’s had her teeth done.She also said that many stars decide to go under the knife due to ‘deep insecurity’.

The model explained she believes people still find the topic of sex ‘unbelievably uncomfortable’ and she wants to ‘open up the conversation’ around self-pleasure.

Cara, who admitted her own sexuality changes like a ‘pendulum swinging,’ added that it’s ‘important’ to discuss the taboo subject of women taking pleasure from sex, as it’s something she unknowingly ignored for many years.

Cara explained she’s changing the stigma around the topic by launching her own line of sex toys. 

She said: ‘It’s not trying to alienate men and women or how you identify, it’s about opening the conversation of self-pleasure and what it means to you.

‘It’s so interesting when you start talking about sex and how many people find it unbelievably uncomfortable.Setting up Lora DiCarlo has made me take pride in my sexuality, 100 per cent.

‘It’s really taking pride in my sexual identity, my sexuality and taking pride in my sexual needs as well, to take ownership of my orgasm.’

Cara went onto add: ‘It’s so much easier to tell a partner what you want if you know what you want.We’re taught that men are hornier creatures — it’s just not true.

‘It’s still there, just a bit more under the surface, but the needs are very much the same. We’re not taught to honour that, or think about that. It comes last, the pleasure part.

‘The amount of times I’d have sex and that wasn’t even a thought — ”Oh I could have an orgasm right now” — it was just sex.That wasn’t even on the list of things during sex. It’s important to talk about these things.’

During the interview Cara said the way she ‘defines’ herself ‘changes all the time’ and spoke about how much more ‘comfortable’ she is now with her sexuality than what she used to be.  

The actress also revealed when she was younger she would ‘self-shame’ because of her sexuality,  but has now learnt to embrace who she really is. 

Cara has had a string of high profile romances over the years.She split from Ashley Benson in April last year following a two-year relationship. 

She has also been previously linked with Paris Jackson, musician St. Vincent, actress Michelle Rodriguez, Jake Bugg and Harry Styles. 

Cara said: ‘The way I define myself still changes all the time, whether it’s pansexual, bisexual – I don’t really know.

‘It’s like a pendulum swinging, but almost now I feel far more comfortable being bisexual than I used to. I’ve kind of felt because I was lacking in my desire for women or love for women that I kind of just went one way and now it changes a lot more.

‘I feel a lot more free and being more comfortable in it because before I was like, “oh, I’m gay”.That comes with self-shaming.’  

Pansexuality is defined as ‘sexual, romantic or emotional attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity’.
