Russell Crowe flies home to Coffs Harbour for Christmas

Russell Crowe jetted back home to Coffs Harbour, , on Saturday just in time for .

The Oscar winner, 58, embarked his private jet at the airport, accompanied by his beautiful girlfriend Britney Theriot, 31.

Before takeoff, Crowe was seen conversing with airport staff and traffic control on the tarmac who assisted the couple with their copious amounts of luggage.

The Hollywood actor was dressed for comfort in a black polo shirt and track pants while keeping his hair immaculately groomed.

He accesorised with a pair of black sneakers and aviator sunglasses while carrying an Adidas hoodie to keep him warm on board the flight.

Theriot, for her part, dressed festive in a casually in a pair of white jeans and a green top.

The blonde bombshell also rocked a pair of shades as she carried a Dior book tote bag, retailing at $5,000.

Bags and boxes filled with gifts were piled into a car before being transferred to the luxury aircraft, perfectly resembling Santa’s sleigh.

Crowe is returning home in Nana Glen, near Coffs Harbour on the NSW mid-north coast, to kick off festivities.

He was recently enjoying spending time with his Hollywood pals attending Christmas parties in Sydney, including Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban who hosted a star-studded party at their multimillion-dollar North Sydney penthouse.

After a big night of fun and celebrations, the Gladiator star and his clan ducked out for a cheeky late-night snack, picking up kebabs on their way back home. 

It was only a few weeks ago that Crowe flew in to Sydney from his regional home, where he’d posted pictures of his close call with a venomous Bandy Bandy snake.

Sharing the news to his Twitter feed, The Poker Face star revealed he came face to face with the creature in the driveway of his home in Nana Glen.

Common in north and eastern Australia, the snakes are only weakly venomous and known for there striking stripes.

‘On the driveway.Me and my buddy Bandy Bandy. Thankfully, his markings broadcast his presence,’ Russell said of the encounter.

The actor went on to say he broke his own rules by walking outside without shoes.

‘Broke one of my own rules, walking outside, at night, without shoes.A little reminder of the folly of that choice,’ he added.

Crowe and Theriot confirmed their long-rumoured romance with a kiss on the tennis court back in November 2020.

They are believed to have met on the set of Russell’s 2013 film Broken City, when Britney was still working as an actor.

Britney, who is the spitting image of Russell’s ex-wife Danielle Spencer, has since become a real estate agent.

According to People, Britney is from New Orleans, Louisiana, and attended an all-girls private Catholic high school.

She studied electrical engineering at university.

The Poker Face premiere in Rome on October 16 marked the first time Russell and Britney had been pictured on the red carpet as a couple.
